KTB has a long track record in the construction field. Our 30 years of combined experience ranges from residential to commercial and industrial.
Our team is known for great personal service while completing projects on time and on budget.
We specialize in commercial and residential construction. We have successfully completed over 500 projects for homeowners, business owners, dental facilities, shopping centers, and office facilities.
We believe in being completely familiar with all aspects of a project before it ever begins. All members of our team are involved in the planning process, including staff, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. We believe that 2 heads are better than one.
The leader of KTB’s team, Kevin, has been involved in construction for over 20 years. He started in the field of industrial electrical management, moved into residential construction management, then finally into commercial construction. Kevin believes communication is the key to the success of any project.
