 | KTB maintains quality assurance throughout the project, with the Project Manager providing the bulk of the planning and enforcement of quality standards for the project. There are also weekly visits from quality assurance office staff. All substandard work is reported to the superintendent. The superintendent directs subcontractors to effect changes in substandard work and maintain the quality standards set forth by Kevin P. Boudreaux. This eliminates the need for long punch lists at the end of the project.
